Return Policy

At Fiona & Caoimhe Dublin, we do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your order. If you'd still like to return an item, please see the conditions below.

Return conditions

- A return request can only be made after the item has been received.
- Items must be new, unworn (trying on is allowed), undamaged and returned in their original condition.
- Any tags and accessories must be intact, and the item should be returned in its original packaging (where possible).
- Returns made with the intention of "testing multiple pieces" while planning to return part of the order may be refused in case of misuse.

Timeframe

You have 30 days from receipt to contact us and request a return.

Return procedure

1. Contact us at info@fionacaoimhedublin.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including:
   - your order number
   - the item concerned
   - (optional) the reason for the return
2. We will send you the return instructions and the return address.
3. You return the item at your own expense, including any international shipping or customs-related costs (where applicable).
4. We strongly recommend sending the return with tracking.

Refunds

Once we've received the return package and checked the condition of the item, we'll process the refund for the returned products to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Responsibility

- We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return packages sent without tracking, or where the carrier indicates the package was delivered.
- Delivery details (address, code, floor, etc.) must be accurate. In case of an incorrect address provided at the time of order, the responsibility lies with the customer.
- Any address correction after placing the order must be communicated to us as quickly as possible. After a reasonable time period, changes may no longer be possible.
