4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout. These costs depend on factors such as the weight of the order, the destination and the selected shipping option.

5. Liability during shipping

When the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, the responsibility lies with the customer.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. Any change of address or error must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
